Maintenance
Whether chassis, drive unit or mast – each mechanical and electrical component of a forklift truck must function perfectly in order to ensure a smooth working and safety in the workplace.
- 24 hour call outs available by arrangement.
- 4 hour response times – from your call to our engineer being on your site.

Repair
From our Eastwood depot we currently operate with 18 fully mobile service engineers, with a backup of full workshop facilities. This enables us to guarantee a 4 hour (and often quicker) response time to your emergency breakdown. We know that when your truck fails, you need us there as quickly as possible…
STILL has developed a special diagnostic system (including the necessary diagnostic technology) which drastically reduces the time on fault finding.
The essential basis for this innovative system is the experience of our Service engineers, and the direct flow of information from the factory service department to the technician on the spot.
Servicing

Thorough Examination
It is a legal requirement that all trucks are inspected in accordance with the LOLER and PUWER Regulations.
