To provide an electrically operated magnetic arm that pushes/pulls the batteries from the truck. This is not only safe and easy to use, it is also a one man operation.... safety and costs both improved!

The Still MXX was designed with a full Cold Store Cabin - including heating and RF Scanners. The customer liked it so much, he ordered 5 more !

Side-arms were designed and fitted onto both sides of the machine. Safety interlocks were fitted so the machine would only operate when the doors were closed.

By designing a strengthened lifting beam (Certified of course), the customer was able to easily and quickly lift the truck into the back of containers and the vision of the driver when operating the truck was not impaired

By working with Cascade Attachments, we came up with a strengthened clamp arms and main frame. The clamps have been working for 4 years with no attention needed - and extra clamps (and trucks!) have been supplied

We upgraded an old idea that the customer was using (why re-invent the wheel ?) and provided new trucks with a 2nd man cabin area, enabling the 2 man picking operation to be fast, efficient and safe.

We failed on this one ! We did quote a full rebuild at over £1m and this did the trick of putting the customer off - as a scrap metal dealer, he kept the truck !

By working in conjunction with a supplier in Denmark, we were able to design and provide such a machine.

By using the Still EK12 man up order pickerm the customer was able to pick up to 9m high, by using a triple mast could also pick under the low roof - see picture. The enabled health and safety requirements to be exceeded.
